FAQs

When someone hires an architect to build a house, or to remodel a building, they nurture the client’s vision to create a beautiful and functional environment.

Our architecture studio is in charge of providing technical information on the project, coordinating the execution of a budget to build the project, and directing the construction, always verifying that the intentions of the architectural project are being followed.

In order to carry out an orderly process, we work the project in phases.

  1. Concept
  2. Preliminary project
  3. Executive project
  4. Contractor negotiations
  5. Construction
  6. Delivery

Each phase will respond to the questions of the project, such as: How does it look? How does it suit my needs? How much does it cost to build?

We will provide information that will help you understand the project in order to manage the steps leading up to the construction project. These documents include:

  • Specific and detailed drawings
  • Photorealistic perspectives
  • Construction budget
  • Purchasing catalogs
In the full service we actively participate in the negotiations, adjusting the project without altering the concept to achieve the financial goal. These revisions take from a couple of weeks to a couple of months before starting the work.
We believe every construction project should be a tailor-made suit that represents the client’s interests. That’s why every home design, building, remodeling, etc… is done as a collaboration between you and us to make sure your original intention remains clear.

he construction process varies greatly depending on the design or commissioning. For example, for a house in Merida, the entire process takes between 12 and 16 months.

Therefore, it is important to know that the final time for each project will take into account a thorough analysis before the construction begins.

The answer is YES!

For more than 6 years we have been in charge of the design, management and coordination of medium and large-scale projects. We have worked on residences, extensions, and new buildings, always focusing on meeting the functional and emotional needs of the spaces we propose.

Our commitment is to personally attend to each project. For this reason, we focus on not taking more than 6 projects at a time.

The process is very simple. It starts with a short meeting, preferably at the place to be intervened, in order to evaluate the context in which we are going to work.

In this meeting we need:

  1. A simple drawing or sketch of the area to be worked on,
  2. A list of required spaces or intentions with the project.

With these elements, we can prepare a work proposal in an average of 3 days. This proposal is presented in a personal way.

Our responsibility as architects is to understand the project you have in mind. The time and cost of each architectural project are determined by the area to be worked on and the level of detail requested.

In our first meeting, we take note of your needs to understand the goals of your project.

How is the contract between architect and client concluded?

For the full service and the full-service plus, these are concluded once the construction delivery certificate is signed.
