Party responsible for processing personal data

Fundamental Arquitectura Habitable, S.A.P.I. de C.V., commercially identified as FMT Estudio, located at calle 17 #197i x 24 y 26 Garcia Gineres. Cp 97070, and reachable at hola@fmtestudio.mx, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Personal data we collect

Through this website’s contact form, we may collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Information about your project, including type, location, stage, area, intended start date and approximate budget
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide in the message field

We do not request sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include it in the message field.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry or request for information
  • Evaluating the feasibility of an architecture or design project
  • Contacting you to schedule an initial meeting or call

FMT Estudio will not use data collected through the form to send advertising, promotions, newsletters or studio news.

Data transfers

FMT Estudio does not sell your data or use it for third-party commercial purposes. To operate this website and respond to inquiries, it uses hosting, analytics, email, form-processing and storage providers, including Hostinger and Google, which may process information on behalf of FMT Estudio under their applicable terms and security measures.

Data may also be disclosed in response to a legally grounded request from a competent authority or in other cases permitted by applicable law. FMT Estudio currently makes no transfers to third parties for independent purposes that require the data subject’s consent. If this changes, the corresponding consent will be requested in advance.

The form uses Google Apps Script to transmit the information you provide and Google Sheets to store it. Some providers may process data on servers outside Mexico.

Retention periods

Data submitted through the contact form will be stored in Google Sheets for no longer than two years from receipt. It will then be deleted unless a contractual relationship or legal obligation justifies retaining specific information for a different period.

ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your personal data, known in Mexico as ARCO rights. To exercise these rights:

  1. Email your request to hola@fmtestudio.mx with the subject line “ARCO Rights.”
  2. Include your full name, a means of receiving notices, documents proving your identity or representation, a clear description of the data involved and the right you wish to exercise, and any information that may help locate the data.
  3. FMT Estudio will communicate its determination within 20 business days of receiving the request. If the request is granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days. Either period may be extended once for an equal period when justified by the circumstances.

Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge, except for reproduction, copying or delivery costs permitted by applicable law.

Limiting use and withdrawing consent

You may request at any time that the use or disclosure of your data be limited, or withdraw consent for processing that requires it, by emailing hola@fmtestudio.mx with the subject line “Limitation or withdrawal.” Include your name, a means of receiving a response and a clear description of your request. Withdrawal is not retroactive and will not apply where a legal obligation requires continued processing.

Cookies and third-party services

This website loads Google Analytics 4 to obtain browsing statistics. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information such as an approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and session duration. FMT Estudio does not use this data for behavioral advertising.

The contact page embeds Google Maps; the website loads fonts from Google Fonts and submits the form through Google Apps Script. When these elements are used, Google may receive technical connection data under its own policies. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit some website features.

Changes to this privacy notice

FMT Estudio reserves the right to update this notice at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
